Return Policy for Customised Products

At Whisker And Hound we take pride in creating personalised products tailored specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

Non-Returnable Items

All customised or personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the conditions below.

Exceptions for Returns & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund a customized product if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • There is a manufacturing error
  • The wrong product was shipped to you.

How to Request a Replacement

If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • A clear photo of the product showing the defect or error
  • A description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Cancellations & Changes

Since customised products begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
